Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, improperly handled, or damaged due to reasons not attributable to Bella Regia.
  • Products related to hygiene or personal care must be returned clean and in a suitable condition for inspection.
  • If an item is defective or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Bella Regia or a manufacturing defect.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Bella Regia reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.


2. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at:

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Full shipping address
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs of the product (required in the case of defects or damage)

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important: Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the package, as this may delay or prevent the processing of your return.


3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, provided that you are purchasing as a private consumer and not for business or commercial purposes.


4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to:

Your email should clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase and include your order number.

Once your request has been received, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your order.


5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it complies with our return conditions:

  • We will refund the value of the returned products.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded if you selected a delivery option other than the least expensive standard shipping method available.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Bella Regia or a manufacturing defect.

6. Order Cancellation

Our orders are processed automatically to ensure fast preparation and dispatch.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • In this case, you must wait until you receive the order and then request a return in accordance with this policy.

7. Shipping and Returns Information

  • Our products are shipped from Dublin, therefore delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • To help speed up the return process, you may send us the tracking number once you have shipped the return parcel.
  • We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

8. Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central returns warehouse.

The return address will be provided only by email once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or the return is due to an error by Bella Regia.
